Each order is handled with care to ensure quality and accuracy. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeframe is 8 to 15 business days, depending on your location in Canada. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Mae Atelier is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Every package is delivered directly to your door at no extra cost.

When you add Shipping Insurance to your order, you are fully protected against the following:

How It Works
Add Shipping Insurance at checkout. If something goes wrong, contact our support team at info@maeatelier.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Provide a photo for damaged items or tracking information for lost items. We will approve your claim and ship a free replacement immediately.
What Is Not Covered
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer. Packages marked as delivered but taken by a third party. Delays caused by customs or the carrier.
